The program provides educational and training opportunities for GPs to further their clinical expertise. Specialists will be partnered with GPs interested in developing their scope of practice in the screening and treatment of skin cancer. It is a 6 month program with a minimum commitment of half a day per week and will provide hands-on training under supervision.
This will establish a new model of multi-level integrated care, with horizontal integration of specialist and diagnostic services and vertical integration with primary care and community services in an ambulatory setting.
Position for the inaugural 6 month program are now filled. Register your interest for program commencing in February 2016.
